为了克服井下环境监测存在的布线复杂、数据准确性不高的弊端,结合井下实际环境特点,设计了一种基于ZigBee无线传感器网络的井下环境监测系统,介绍了系统的硬件和软件设计,给出了系统的建立与测试方法。采用LabVIEW开发了上位机监测软件,能够实时监测井下瓦斯浓度和温湿度。经测试表明,该系统搭建方便,易于扩展具有较高的测量精度。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of complicated wiring and low data accuracy in downhole environment monitoring, a downhole environment monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless sensor network was designed according to the characteristics of the actual underground environment. The hardware and software design of the system was introduced. The establishment of the system and testing methods. Using LabVIEW to develop the host computer monitoring software, real-time monitoring underground gas concentration and temperature and humidity. The test shows that the system easy to set up, easy to expand with high accuracy.
