目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定金银花提取物中藁本内酯含量的方法。方法采用伊利特Hypersil ODS2(4.6mm×250mm×5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(60:40),流速0.9ml/min,检测波长:326nm。结果藁苯内酯在0.01~0.50mg内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为0.3%(n=6)。结论本法操作灵敏、准确、简便,可作为金银花提取物的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ligustilide in extract of honeysuckle by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods Hypersil ODS2 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm × 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (60:40). The flow rate was 0.9 ml / min. The detection wavelength was 326 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship between 藁 phenyl lactone and 0.01 ~ 0.50 mg with an average recovery of 99.2% and a RSD of 0.3% (n = 6). Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate and easy to operate and can be used as a quality control method for honeysuckle extract.
