当前,世界各海军大国争夺海洋权益的斗争正愈演愈烈,为此有人预言,继20世纪的海洋控制权、制空权和外太空争夺之后,对于浩翰海底的争夺将成为21世纪军事斗争的主旋律。为了对付越来越严重的来自海底深处的战略威胁,各国都十分注重加快发展自己的潜艇部队,并把其放在海军建设的优先地位。这样,使得一些性能优越的新型潜艇不断走进战争舞台,届时它们将主宰21世纪的海洋。
At present, the struggle for the maritime rights and interests of all naval powers in the world is fiercely intensified. Therefore, some people predict that following the twentieth-century sea control, air power and space warfare, the battle against the vast sea will become the main theme of the military struggle in the 21st century. In order to deal with the increasingly serious strategic threat coming from the depths of the sea, all countries attach great importance to accelerating the development of their own submarine force and placing it in a priority position for naval construction. In this way, some new submarines with superior performance will continue to enter the arena of war, when they will dominate the 21st century ocean.
