病史摘要男,1岁半,因咳嗽、发热2天、二下肢无力于1981年4月入院。患儿于入院前2天轻咳、流涕、发热。时有哭吵,来我院门诊测体温39℃,诊断“上感”。用青霉素、止咳退热药,次日热减,然患儿不肯站立,翻身困难,坐不稳,无下肢疼痛。病前1个月内无发热、呕吐、腹泻史。既往体健,曾服过灰髓炎疫苗糖丸,否认结核接触史。体检:体温37℃。神清,独坐 Male, 1 year and a half due to cough, fever 2 days, two lower extremities weakness in April 1981 admitted. 2 days before admission in children with mild cough, runny nose, fever.
