省冶金厅和省金属学会,于4月19～21日在南京钢铁厂联合召开了煤气安全学术研讨会,34单位计56人参加。会议宣读和交流了13篇专题论文。省冶金厅陈海祥副厅长到会并讲了话,他说:近年来,全省冶金系统煤气中毒事故不断发生,有必要认真分析原因,总结经验教训,提出切实可行的预防措施。通过这次煤气安全研讨,进一步敦促各级领导提高认识,加强管理,完善规章制度,建立一整套的操作规程和预防措施,努力杜绝事故的发生。
Provincial Metallurgical Department and Provincial Institute of Metals, in April 19 ~ 21 in Nanjing Iron and Steel Plant jointly held a gas safety seminar, 34 units, 56 participants. The conference read and exchanged 13 monographs. Chen Haixiang, deputy director of Provincial Metallurgical Department arrived at the meeting and made a speech. He said: In recent years, the province’s metallurgical system, gas poisoning accidents continue to occur, it is necessary to carefully analyze the reasons for summing up the lessons learned and put forward practical preventive measures. Through this gas safety seminar, leaders at all levels are further urged to raise awareness, strengthen management, improve rules and regulations, establish a set of operating procedures and preventive measures, and strive to eliminate accidents.
