中国福建2016-12-23报道(摘要):22日,福建省碳排放权交易在海峡股权交易中心开市,首日交易金额超1800万元,其中,在全国创新推出的福建林业碳汇挂牌成交26万吨,成交金额约488万元。福建省电力、石化、化工、建材、钢铁、有色、造纸、航空、陶瓷等9个行业,2013年至2015年中任意一年综合能耗达1万吨标准煤(含)的首批277家企业,可将节余的碳排放配额通过碳市场出售,减排指标没完成的须花钱购买配额。在全国率先纳入陶瓷行业是福建碳市场
