我处施工的胶（州）黄（岛）铁路DK15+750～DK24+000段,地质条件差,涵渠基础设计全为砂桩。我们用一台WY100B型履带式吊车改装的振动式砂桩机完成了任务,取得较好的效益,仅砂桩工程一项就节约资金20多万元。用这台砂桩机完成3200根砂桩（总计18100延米）,发生直接费不到15万元,若购买一台成套的砂桩机需30万元,租赁砂桩机仅台班费就需20多万元。 具体做法是,购买了别单位闲置的一个电振式桩锤,自行加工了(?)300桩管、导向架和活瓣式桩尖,再配一台75kW发电机和有关附属设备,一台砂桩机就装成了。 WY100B型吊车底盘大,稳定性好,行走方便,易于转场,履带与地面接触面积大,不易沉陷。此砂桩机稍加改动可以进行钢筋混凝土方桩、塑料插板、袋装砂井等工程的施工。桩基工程完工后,这台吊车仍可单独使用。
