目前,胃癌发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,主要的治疗方法是外科手术。但由于大多数患者在术前本身营养供给已不充分,再加上手术对身体能量的消耗以及术后进食不足等引起肠道营养摄入不够[1-2],其免疫功能减退,影响术后恢复,容易导致并发症。肠内营养和肠外营养是临床上进行营养支持的两个有效途径,我们对102例胃癌患者采用不同的营养支持治疗,为上消化道肿瘤患者术后早期康复提供参考,现报告如下。一、资料与方法1.一般资料:选取2010年1月至2011年12月间我院收治的102例胃癌患者,男65例,女37例,年龄38~85岁,
