1991~1994年共测定叶锈菌菌株125个.鉴定结果表明,山东省叶锈菌优势生理小种为洛10类群中的叶中4号,与80年代初鉴定结果比较已发生了改变;叶中4号各菌株对山东省主要栽培品种(100万亩以上)苗期毒力频率,除鲁麦15外,都在90%以上;利用已知抗叶锈基因的近等基因系对山东省叶锈菌群体毒性基因出现频率进行测定分析,认为抗叶锈基因(组合)Lr19、Lr20、Lr25、Lr13+3Ka、Lr3a+3、Lr27+31+10、Lr1+20是山东省小麦抗叶锈育种可以利用的抗病基因(组合).
From 1991 to 1994, a total of 125 leaf rust strains were tested. The identification results showed that the dominant race of Puccinia recondita in Shandong Province was Yezhong 4 in Luo 10 group, which had changed compared with the results of the early 1980s. The frequency of virulence at the seedling stage was over 90% except for Lumai 15. The frequency of virulence genes of the leaf rust population in Shandong Province was determined by using the near isogenic lines with known leaf rust resistance genes. Lr19, Lr20, Lr25, Lr13 + 3Ka, Lr3a + 3, Lr27 + 31 + 10 and Lr1 + 20 were the resistant genes (combinations) that can be used in wheat leaf blight breeding in Shandong Province.
