我厂粗磨采用φ3200×4500毫米棒磨机,处理的矿石粒度为0～20毫米,磨矿介质为φ100×4350毫米的钢棒,装棒量60吨。生产过程中钢棒不断磨损消耗,因此需经常定期往棒磨机里补充钢棒。我们贯彻自力更生的精神,在学习兄弟单位经验的基础上,制作了电动装棒机。经过2年多的生产使用表明,装棒速度快,操作方便安全。现在从整理、吊运钢棒到操作装棒机仅需3～4人;以一次装棒40根计,只需1小时,深受操作工人欢迎。
I plant coarse grinding φ3200 × 4500 mm rod mill, processing ore particle size of 0 to 20 mm, grinding medium φ 100 × 4350 mm steel bar, loading capacity of 60 tons. During the production process, the steel rod constantly wear and tear consumption, so often need to regularly add to the rod mill steel bar. We implement the spirit of self-reliance, based on the experience of brothers unit, based on the production of electric loading machine. After more than 2 years of production and use shows that the loading speed, convenient and safe operation. Now from the finishing, lifting the steel rod to operate the loading machine only 3 to 4 people; to a rod 40, only 1 hour, welcomed by the operatives.
