目的:观察Rh(C,E)相合输血在肿瘤贫血和非肿瘤贫血患者中的血色素升高差异;观察Rh(C,E)相合与Rh(C,E)随机输血在肿瘤贫血患者中血色素升高的差异。方法:通过对山西医科大学第一临床医学院40例肿瘤贫血患者Rh(C,E)相合和40例普通非肿瘤贫血患者Rh(C,E)相合输注浓缩红细胞前后血色素的变化情况进行对比分析;对40例肿瘤贫血患者Rh(C,E)相合和40例肿瘤贫血患者Rh(C,E)随机输注浓缩红细胞前后血色素的变化情况进行对比分析。结果:肿瘤相合组、非肿瘤相合组及肿瘤随机组输注浓红前后血色素每单位的改变值分别为5.006±2.705、6.927±3.744、3.978±1.723,其中肿瘤相合组和非肿瘤相合组比较、肿瘤相合组与肿瘤随机组比较,均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:(1)肿瘤患者Rh(C,E)相合输注浓红的效果明显不如非肿瘤患者。(2)肿瘤患者Rh(C,E)相合输注效果好于Rh(C,E)随机的输注效果。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the difference of hemoglobin in patients with anemia of anemia and non-anemia of anemia when Rh (C, E) coincidence blood transfusion was observed. Results: The changes of hemoglobin per unit before and after the infusion of concentrated red in the tumor matched group, the non-tumor matched group and the randomized group were 5.006 ± 2.705, 6.927 ± 3.744 and 3.978 ± 1.723, respectively. The difference between the matched group and the non-tumor matched group was significant Tumor matched group and tumor randomized group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: (1) Rh (C, E) in patients with cancer patients is obviously less effective than non-tumor patients in infusing red. (2) Rh (C, E) coincidence infusion in tumor patients was better than Rh (C, E) random infusion.
