以SECI知识转化模型中四种不同类型知识及其转化路径研究为基础,从知识转化的角度解释集群的国际化进程的内在机理,介绍了集群两种知识系统,集群内部知识系统、集群外部知识系统,并描述了两个知识系统之间不同类型知识在集群国际化进程中的转化及作用,即集群内部活动主体跨国母公司与集群外部活动主体跨国子公司之间的各类知识的转化对集群国际化的作用机制。
Based on the study of four different types of knowledge in the SECI knowledge transformation model and its transformation path, this paper explains the internal mechanism of the internationalization process of the cluster from the perspective of knowledge transformation, and introduces two knowledge systems of cluster, the internal knowledge system of cluster, the external knowledge of cluster System, and describes the transformation between the two types of knowledge systems in different types of knowledge and knowledge in the process of cluster internationalization, that is, the cluster of internal activities of the main transnational parent company and cluster activities outside the main transnational subsidiaries of all kinds of knowledge into the Cluster international mechanism of action.
