目的 :分析精胺及亚精胺对吗啡镇痛作用的影响 ,确定胍丁胺对吗啡镇痛作用的影响是否与合成精胺及亚精胺相关。方法 :在热辐射甩尾和热板测痛模型上分析精胺和亚精胺对吗啡镇痛作用的影响。结果 :在热辐射甩尾和热板测痛模型中 ,皮下注射 0 .5~ 5 0mg/kg的精胺或亚精胺均不显著影响吗啡的镇痛作用。结论 :胍丁胺增强吗啡镇痛作用与其合成精胺及亚精胺无关
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of spermine and spermidine on the analgesic effect of morphine and to determine whether the effect of agmatine on morphine analgesia is related to the synthesis of spermine and spermidine. Methods: The effects of spermine and spermidine on the analgesic effects of morphine were analyzed on the models of heat radiation and tail heat pain. RESULTS: Subcutaneous injection of 0.5 to 50 mg / kg of spermine or spermidine did not significantly affect the analgesic effect of morphine in the thermal radiation flick-tail and hot plate pain models. CONCLUSION: Agmatine enhances analgesia of morphine has nothing to do with the synthesis of spermine and spermidine
