排牙是利用人工牙代替缺失的牙列以达到恢复患者面容、发音及咀嚼等功能的重要操作步骤。 全口义齿排牙法国内多用Swenson法,国外常用的有Gysi法、Snow法、Prothero法、Turner法、Campbell法及Gillis法等。1982年以来我们根据Roraff提出的磨牙后垫是排下颌后牙最常用的解剖标志的理论进行排牙,临床证实此法简便、准确、快速,修复效果良好。现介绍如下。 排牙顺序:
