1937年全面抗战爆发后,为争取国际援助、遏止战争伤亡起见,中国与国联间的技术合作逐步由水利、交通等一般技术合作改为组织防疫团来华救助为主,并由国民政府经济部负责与外交部、财政部、内政部卫生署等机关协调,处理中国与国联技术合作相关事项。1940年双方合作因国际形势变化而告中止。本组史料选自本馆所藏国民政府经济部档案。
In 1937 after the outbreak of the all-out war of resistance, in order to win international aid and to prevent casualties, the technical cooperation between China and the League of Nations gradually changed from general technical cooperation such as water conservancy and transportation to the rescue organized by the organization for prevention and control of epidemics. He is responsible for coordinating with China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Department of Health and other organs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to handle matters related to technical cooperation between China and the League of Nations. In 1940 the cooperation between the two sides was suspended due to the changes in the international situation. The historical data of this group are selected from the archives of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of the Kuomintang Government in Tibet.
