随着我国经济建设速度的加快,技术引进日益成为我国对外经贸交往的重点和热点。从我国引进先进、适用的技术是我国的一项长期政策。引进的技术,不仅要具有技术可行性,即先进适用,而且还需在经济上可行,就是要讲求经济效益,达到经济合理。衡量引进技术的经济效益,即对引进技术进行经济评价,需从两个方面着手分析:一是引进技术的成本,主要考虑引进技术的价格;二是引进技术带来的经济收益。引进技术的经济可行性,即要做到成本最小化和收益最大化。一、引进技术的成本由于技术不同于一般商品,本身没有固定的价值,引进技术的成本即引进技术价格的确定,比较困难,没有简单的公式可循,往往由双方讨价还价商定。确定引进技术的价格涉及作价原则、支付方式及计算方式等三个方面,并有一套习惯做法。
