本文概述了含钒炉渣三个相图的初步测定,应用相图计算了V_2O_5对炼钢基本渣系CaO-FeO-SiO_2的液限温度及MgO饱和度的影响;并概述了应用实验室研究的结果,在120t转炉工业生产试验中获得延长炉龄40%的效果。
In this paper, the preliminary determination of the three phase diagrams of vanadium-bearing slag is summarized. The influence of V 2 O 5 on the liquid-limit temperature and MgO saturation of the basic slag system CaO-FeO-SiO 2 is calculated by phase diagram. As a result, an effect of extending the furnace age by 40% was obtained in the 120t converter industrial production test.
