目的探讨256层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像对成人冠状动脉起源异常的诊断价值。方法对中日友好医院2010年2月-2011年3月经256层螺旋CT进行冠状动脉血管成像的患者资料进行回顾性分析、总结,以发现成人冠状动脉起源异常的病例。心率<65次/m in的患者采用前瞻性心电门控扫描;心率在65~93次/m in之间的患者采用回顾性心电门控扫描。结果 1176例完成256层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像的患者共检出冠状动脉起源异常19例,检出率为1.62%,其中男性12例,女性7例,患者均有不同程度胸闷、胸痛等症状。检出类型包括右冠状动脉起源异常11例,左冠状动脉起源异常3例,左、右冠状动脉均起源异常1例,回旋支起源异常3例和右冠状动脉缺如1例。结论 256层螺旋CT诊断成人冠状动脉起源异常,是一种无创、安全和有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 256-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of adult coronary artery anomalies. Methods The data of patients who underwent coronary angiography with 256-slice spiral CT at China-Japan Friendship Hospital from February 2010 to March 2011 were retrospectively analyzed and analyzed to find out the abnormalities of coronary artery in adults. Patients with a heart rate <65 beats per minute had a prospective ECG gated scan and patients with a heart rate 65 to 93 beats per minute had retrospective ECG gated scans. Results Of the 1176 patients who underwent coronary angiography with 256-slice spiral CT, 19 cases of abnormal coronary origin were detected, the detection rate was 1.62%, including 12 males and 7 females. All patients had symptoms of chest pain and chest pain in varying degrees . The detection types included 11 cases of abnormal origin of right coronary artery, 3 cases of abnormal origin of left coronary artery, 1 case of abnormal origin of left and right coronary artery, 3 cases of abnormal origin of circumflex artery and 1 case of right coronary artery. Conclusion 256-slice spiral CT is a noninvasive, safe and effective method to diagnose the abnormal origin of coronary arteries in adults.
