对一个由国外血统材料组成的基础群体进行了2轮轮回选择,并与实际应用相结合,从中选育优良自交系。论文对3个群体的群体自身产量及有关性状的群体内方差进行了研究。结果表明,C0,C1的产量没有显著差异,但C2较C0,C1产量有了显著提高。经轮回选择后,群体内方差没有出现减小的现象。双列杂交试验结果表明,分别从C0及C1中选出的2个自交系501和C111配合力较高。进一步证明了轮回选择的应用价值。
A round of reincarnation of a basic group of foreign descent materials was carried out and combined with practical application to select elite inbred lines. The paper studied the population variance of the three groups’ own yield and related traits. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the yield of C0 and C1, but the yield of C2 was significantly higher than that of C0 and C1. After reincarnation, there is no decrease in variance within the group. The results of the two-line hybridization test showed that the two inbred lines 501 and C111 selected from C0 and C1 had higher combining ability. It further proves the application value of reincarnation.
