在我们研究加强和改进学校德育工作的时候,有一项工作是不可忽视的。那就是要加强对学生的心理指导。通过开展心理咨询与指导活动,可以使学生在生理、心理急剧发展变化时期所遇到的一些问题及时得到有益的指导。以往我们总是习惯于把学生中出现的问题归结为思想、政治问题来解决。实际上,学生中出现的许多问题并非是思想问题,有的是生理变化所带来的心理问题,或是不良的个性心理所造成的。如自卑、怪僻、害羞、懦弱等特征就是心理问题。如果是生理心理带来的问题就不能用大道理来解决。例如有个学生由于发育迟缓,长得又矮又小,在班级里经常被同学耻笑。他学习不用功,行为异常,人际关系不良,一直被认为是班级里的差生。但是新夹的班主任仔细了解分析了他的情况后,认为这个学生之所以在学习上、行为上、人际关系上产生一系列问题,都是由于他生理上的缺陷,导致严重的自卑心理,从而丧失自
