温清饮方剂出自公元1587年明朝龚廷贤所著《万病回春》一书“血崩”门。该书中温清散方剂(日本汉方界名温清饮)治疗属虚热型血崩,书中记载:“妇人血崩……稍久属虚热者,宜养血而清火也。”此方由四物汤与黄连解毒汤合方组成。四物汤是温补养血方剂,黄连解毒汤是清热泻火方剂,合方意味着治疗兼备二者的证候,一温一清,故以温清饮命名。《万病回春》一书在日本汉方医学界列为必读的经典著作之一。该书中所载的荆防败毒
Wen Qing Yin Fang was born in 1587 in the Ming dynasty Gong Tingxian’s “Medical Rejuvenation” book entitled “Blood Fall”. In the book, Wen Qing San Fang (Wen Qingjie, the name of the Chinese Han Jie Jie) treats a hypothermia type of hemorrhage. The book reads: “Women’s blood-smearing ... is a hypothermia for a long time. It should be nourishing and clearing fire.” Fang is composed of Siwu Tang and Huanglian Jiedu Decoction. Siwutang is a warming and nourishing prescription, and Huanglianjiedutang is a prescription for clearing away heat and suffocating fire. The combined prescription means that the treatment has both the syndromes, one temperature and one clear, so it is named after Wen Qingyin. The book “Rejuvenation of All Diseases” is listed as one of the classic books that must be read in the Japanese medical community. The book contained in the book
