作者测定了60例肾病综合征患儿血清补体抑制免疫复合物沉淀和溶解免疫复合的能力(ICPIC,CMSC).临床分析表明,单纯性肾病患儿血ICPIC和CMSC无明显异常,而肾炎性肾病、乙肝性肾炎、紫癜性肾炎患儿则显著下降.肾脏病理分析表明,除微小病变型肾病无显著异常外,其它类型均有不同程度下降.此外,研究发现血ICPIC和CMSC可较好地反映肾病远期转归,而且反映肾脏病变活动性比血补体(CH_(50),C_3和C_4)和血循环免疫复合物敏感.
The authors determined the serum complement levels in 60 children with nephrotic syndrome (ICPIC, CMSC) that inhibit immune complex deposition and immune complexation.Clinical analysis showed that children with simple nephrotic syndrome had no significant abnormalities in blood ICPIC and CMSC, whereas nephritic nephropathy , Hepatitis B nephritis, Purpura nephritis in children was significantly decreased.Pathological analysis showed that, in addition to minimal changes in nephropathy no other abnormalities, the other types have decreased to varying degrees.In addition, the study found that blood ICPIC and CMSC can better reflect Long-term outcome of nephropathy, but also reflect the activity of renal lesions than the blood complement (CH_ (50), C_3 and C_4) and the immune complex immune response.
