介绍快速评价铸造用湿型粘土砂质量的新方法及装置，新方法以型砂有效粘土的质量分数、水的和紧湿率为主要评价指标，采用双电源二次激励法快速测定湿型砂交、直流电导率，通过数学模型求得有效粘土的质量分数及水的质量分数。以上述新方法为基础研制的新装置以８０９８单片机为核心器件，配备制样机构可在线完成自动取样、测试及结果输出。
A new method and device for rapid evaluation of the quality of wet clay for foundry casting are introduced. The new method is based on the evaluation of mass fraction of effective clay, moisture and moisture content of molding sand as the main evaluation index, DC conductivity, through the mathematical model to obtain the effective clay mass fraction and water mass fraction. The new device based on the above new method is based on the 8098 single-chip microcomputer as the core device. Equipped with a sample preparation mechanism, the automatic sampling, testing and result output can be completed online.
