黑政办发[2012]88号各市(地)、县(市)人民政府(行署),省政府各直属单位:为妥善应对成品油价格大幅波动对道路运输行业的影响,合理调控运力增长,维护市场正常竞争秩序,减轻经营者和从业人员负担,进一步促进道路运输行业健康稳定发展,按照《国务院办公厅关于进一步促进道路运输行业健康稳定发展的通知》(国办发[2011]63号)要求,经省政府领导同意,现就有关工作通知如下:
In order to properly handle the impact of the sharp fluctuations in the refined oil prices on the road transport industry, the Provisional Government of the People’s Republic of China (the People’s Government) Maintain the normal competitive order of the market, reduce the burden on operators and employees and further promote the healthy and stable development of the road transport industry.
