本文在论述资本的一般性与特殊性相统一是资本保全理论研究的逻辑起点基础上 ,结合现代资本理论的发展 ,提出了人力资本保全、虚拟资本保全和无形资本保全观念。并从企业制度变迁的过程来论证扩展资本保全理论的必要性。
Based on the logical starting point of the research on capital preservation theory and the development of modern capital theory, this paper puts forward the concept of human capital preservation, virtual capital preservation and intangible capital preservation by unifying the generality and particularity of capital. And from the process of enterprise system changes to demonstrate the necessity of expanding the theory of capital preservation.
