江苏省江都工程机械厂在中建总公司上海科研所的帮助下,吸收国外同类产品的技术,结合我国的国情,自行设计并研制成功一种新型建筑机械—UB_4型低压灰浆喷射泵。填补了国内建筑机械的一项空白。目前该产品已投入批量生产。该机采用活塞式原理,通过活塞往返运动和双向截止阀配合,将进入泵缸中的灰浆沿输送管送至喷头,配以压缩空气进行喷射作业。它既能运输又能喷射各种灰浆、砂浆,也能进行砂浆灌注。工作排量为4m~3/h,工作压力1MPa,垂直输送高度为25m,水平输送距离大于50m。它不仅可以侧喷,还适用于顶喷,一次喷射厚度
