在0.16 mol l-1Na2B4O7-KH2PO4(pH7.4) -20%C2H5OH的支持电解质中,提出了一个新的测定洛伐他汀的单扫描极谱法.洛伐他汀于-1.49 V产生一还原波,被归因于洛伐他汀分子中内脂环上羰基的还原.峰电流与洛伐他汀的浓度在1.0×10-7-1.4×10-5mol l-1范围内呈线性关系,其检测限为6.0×10-8mol l-1.提出的方法被用于胶囊中洛伐他汀的测定,结果满意.与现有的方法相比,提出的方法具有简便、快速、灵敏的特点.本文并对还原波的电化学特征进行了较详细的讨论。
A new single-sweep polarographic method for the determination of lovastatin was proposed in 0.16 mol l-1Na2B4O7-KH2PO4 (pH7.4) -20% C2H5OH supporting electrolytes. Lovastatin produced a reducing wave at -1.49 V, Was attributed to the reduction of the carbonyl groups on the alpode ring in lovastatin molecule.The peak current was linear with the concentration of lovastatin in the range of 1.0 × 10-7-1.4 × 10-5mol l-1 with a detection limit of 6.0 × 10-8mol l-1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of lovastatin in capsules with satisfactory results. Compared with the existing methods, the proposed method is simple, rapid and sensitive. Electrochemical characteristics of waves were discussed in more detail.
