In the face of profound changes in the internal and external environment in the telecommunications market, telecom operators are actively promoting the transition from traditional infrastructure providers to modern integrated information service providers. The industry is realizing more and more soberly that the success of the transition must be the value win-win of the telecom industry chain, and the successful transformation must be the prosperity and symbiosis of the telecommunications ecosystem.
