工效挂钩分配办法是目前国有企业中国家同企业之间进行分配的一种办法。实施这种分配办法一方面调动了企业和职工的积极性,推动了企业的发展,另一方面也还存在一定的不合理因素,需要进一步完善。其原因主要是影响企业经济效益的因素当中,一部分是企业自身因素,一部分是企业以外不可抗拒的外力因素。因此,在实施工效挂钩分配办法时就要剔除外力因素,只能以企业自身因素来决定工效挂钩,否则就是不科学的。
Ergonomics-linked allocation is a way for the state-owned enterprises to allocate their shares with enterprises at present. On the one hand, the implementation of such distribution has aroused the enthusiasm of enterprises and staff and promoted the development of enterprises. On the other hand, there are still some unreasonable factors that need to be further perfected. The main reason is that among the factors that affect the economic efficiency of enterprises, some are their own factors and some are irresistible external factors other than their own. Therefore, in the implementation of ergonomics linked to the allocation of measures should be removed when the external factors, only to determine their own factors linked to ergonomics, otherwise unscientific.
