目的:调查低年资ICU护士的逆商及工作投入的现状,分析逆商对其工作投入的影响。方法:使用一般资料调查问卷、逆商量表、工作投入量表,对223名低年资ICU护士进行调查。结果:低年资ICU护士的逆商得分为(137.96±19.77)分,工作投入总得分为(56.95±5.06)分。低年资ICU护士的用工性质、控制与忍耐对其工作投入水平具有正向预测作用。结论:目前低年资ICU护士工作投入处于中等水平,医院管理者可通过开展挫折环境模拟实训、心理素养教育等手段,增强低年资护士的逆商,以提升其工作投入水平。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the status quo of anti-business and job involvement of low-qualification ICU nurses and analyze the impact of reverse business on their work inputs. Methods: A total of 223 low-funded ICU nurses were investigated using the general data questionnaire, the inverse business scale and the work input scale. Results: The score of reverse commercial quotient of low-qualification ICU nurses was (137.96 ± 19.77) points, and the total work input score was (56.95 ± 5.06) points. The qualifications, control and patience of low-qualification ICU nurses have a positive effect on the level of their work inputs. Conclusions: At present, the work of ICU nurses with low seniority is at a medium level. Hospital managers can enhance their work inputs by increasing the training of nurses of lower seniority through such means as simulated environmental training and psychological literacy education.
