1984年我国制定了《压力容器缺陷评定规范》,即CVDA。这一规范是在大量的试验和断裂力学理论分析基础上制定的,对我国压力容器科学管理、正确解决安全与经济的矛盾具有实际意义和法律效力。本文简要介绍采用CVDA规定的方法,对我厂一台400m~3报废球罐在一定条件下能否复用进行评定的情况。一、球罐历史状况及复用条件1.历史状况该球罐设计条件如下:公称容积:400m~3;设计压力:2.156N/mm~2(22kgf/cm~2);设计温度:常温;设计壁厚:40mm;
In 1984, China formulated the “pressure vessel defect assessment norms,” that CVDA. This standard is based on a large number of experimental and fracture mechanics theoretical analysis based on the development of China’s pressure vessel scientific management and correctly solve the contradiction between safety and economy has practical significance and legal effect.
