城中村是快速城镇化进程中多种因素交互作用而产生的特有城市空间现象,以物质空间与社会空间的双重膨胀与分层为特征。通过对济南沃家片区的调研,我们发现形成城中村形态困局的因素是多方面的,主要表现为:城镇化进程中的利益驱动,制度因素所导致的政策真空和身份认同,以及粗放、失效的规划控制与管理等。因而,城中村的改造需要重新检核时代的话语权以及空间的公平、正义,并进行物质空间与社会空间的共同重构。 The village in city is a unique urban space phenomenon caused by the interaction of many factors in the process of rapid urbanization. It is characterized by the double expansion and stratification of material space and social space. Through the investigation of the Wugu Area in Jinan, we find that there are many factors that shape the predicament of the villages in the villages, mainly as follows: the interest-driven in the process of urbanization, the policy vacuum and identity identification caused by institutional factors, and the extensive, Failure planning control and management. Therefore, the transformation of the village in the city needs to re-examine the power of discourse in the times and the fairness and justice of the space and reconstruct the physical space and the social space together.
