金钱白花蛇经药理实验发现对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓炎症及大、小鼠蛋清性足肿胀在明显抑制作用,证明该药材有良好抗炎作用。进一步实验,发现对摘除肾上腺大鼠蛋清性足肿胀无抑制作用,提示其作用机理可能与垂体——肾上腺皮质系统有关。
The results of the pharmacological experiments showed that the anti-inflammatory effects of xylose-induced auricle inflammation and swelling of large and mouse egg whites were significantly inhibited, suggesting that the medicinal materials have good anti-inflammatory effects. Further experiments showed that there was no inhibitory effect on the removal of egg whites in rats with adrenal glands, suggesting that the mechanism may be related to the pituitary-adrenocortical system.
