针对当前覆膜砂冷却不均匀和冷却速度慢的问题,设计了基于MCU的覆膜砂冷却自动控制系统。该系统以MSP430F449单片机为核心控制器,配备温度传感器DS18B20,在砂温冷却壳体内部安装有多排错开排布的横向冷却水管,壳体外壁上设有检视门,在检视门上设置有6路温度传感器,用以对砂温进行采集,并反馈给MSP430F449进行处理,MSP430F449通过对温度的监视控制进水量,从而使得覆膜砂冷却控制实现自动化。通过实验证明:以水冷却系统和温度控制系统构成的砂温控制系统能够较均匀、快速的控制型砂的温度,说明该装置提高了系统的工作效率、能得到型砂较好的冷却效果。
In view of the current non-uniform cooling of coated sand and slow cooling, a MCU-based automatic control system for coated sand cooling was designed. The system takes MSP430F449 single-chip microcomputer as the core controller and is equipped with a temperature sensor DS18B20. In the sand-temperature cooling shell, a plurality of rows of transverse cooling water pipes arranged in a staggered arrangement are arranged inside the shell, and an inspection door is arranged on the outer wall of the shell. Road temperature sensor for sand temperature acquisition and feedback to the MSP430F449 for processing, MSP430F449 through the temperature control to control the amount of water, making coated sand cooling control automation. The experiment proves that the sand temperature control system composed of water cooling system and temperature control system can control the temperature of sand more evenly and rapidly, which shows that the device can improve the working efficiency of the system and get better cooling effect of sand.
