烟酸0．5mmol／L可促进大鼠离体子宫平滑肌的自发性收缩，并能增强由氯化钙诱发的大鼠离体子宫平滑肌收缩，还可使氯化钙的剂量效应曲线左移并增大其最大收缩反应，EC(50)值分别为31．83（烟酸）和48．13（无烟酸）。烟酸对由高钾去极化引起的大鼠离体子宫肌收缩和依赖细胞内钙的收缩均有促进作用，提示其对子宫收缩的作用可能与钙离子作用有关。
