去年以来,我省根据公安部的统一部署,开展了派出所工作改革。日前,笔者就如何深化派出所改革进行了专题调查。从调查的情况来看,“苏州会议”后,全省各地紧紧围绕派出所工作重心调整和民警责任制落实,大胆实施改革,总体进展顺利。全省11个市地已有88个县市区892个公安派出所启动了改革,占派出所总数的77.02%,其中有130个城区所、90个城关所和672个农村所,分别占这三类所的99.2%、92.78%和72.25%。一、派出所工作改革运行情况全省派出所工作改革,经过一年多时间的探索和实践,运行正常,已初步显示效果。 (一)派出所改革已引起各级公安机关的高度重视,思想认识统一,改革热情高涨。各地把派出所工作改革作为一把手工程摆上重要议事日程,反复论证改革方案,制定考核标准,成立改革领导小组和考核班子,并且在实施派出所工作改革的同时都进行
