针对目前国内混乱的职业资格认证市场,国务院重拳出击。2007年12月31日,国务院发布了《清理规范各类职业资格相关活动的通知》,并要求清理工作于今年4月30前完成。与此相呼应,今年1月,在全国公务员考试录用工作会议上,中组部、人事部相关负责人宣布:今后各地各部门在考试录用公务员时,不得再实行资格考试。我国为何会出现职业资格考试之乱?又乱到何种地步了呢?
In view of the current chaotic occupation qualification market, the State Department has given a heavy blow. On December 31, 2007, the State Council promulgated the “Notice on Liquidation of Activities Related to Qualification of Various Kinds of Occupations” and demanded that the liquidation be completed by April 30 this year. In response, in January this year, at the national civil service examination recruitment conference, the relevant person in charge of the Central Organization Department and the Ministry of Personnel announced: In the future, all localities and departments will not be able to carry out the qualification examination when hiring civil servants in the examination. Why is there a chaos in vocational qualifications examinations in our country?
