为探讨两系优质杂交稻培两优２８８在福建推广的可行性，于１９９８年早、晚两季在漳州市进行示范试种。结果显示，该组合生育期早季１２８ｄ左右，晚季１１３～１１５ｄ，早晚两季产量７５００～８０００ｋｇ／ｈｍ２，主要农艺性状优良，抗性较强，米质佳，值得在福建省进一步推广。
In order to investigate the feasibility of two-line high-quality hybrid rice Peiliangyu 288 to promote in Fujian Province, demonstration test was conducted in Zhangzhou City in early and late 1998. The results showed that the combination of growth period of about 128d in the early growing season, 113-115d in the late season and 7500-8000kg / hm2 in the early and late season. The main agronomic traits, strong resistance and good quality of rice were worth further promotion in Fujian Province.
