目的探讨超声检查在产前筛查和诊断胎儿畸形中的临床应用价值。方法整理2011年1月至2012年12月在伊犁州妇幼保健院超声科进行的系统胎儿超声检查22 540例病例,对检出的181例胎儿畸形进行回顾性分析。结果胎儿畸形总检出率为8‰,神经系统畸形64例,检出率为2.8‰其中少数民簇56例,汉族8例,呼吸及循环系统畸形25例,检出率为1.1‰消化系统畸形11例,检出率为0.48‰。泌尿系统畸形15例,检出率为0.67‰骨骼系统畸形10例,检出率为0.44‰,双胎畸形8例,检出率为0.35‰其他畸形48例,检出率为2.1‰,所有病例均经正常分娩或引产后尸检证实。结论大多数先天性胎儿畸形表现为形态上的改变,均可以由超声检出,超声是产前检查胎儿畸形的首选方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in prenatal screening and diagnosis of fetal malformations. Methods Totally 22 540 cases of fetal fetal ultrasound examination carried out in the Department of Ultrasound, Ili Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed for 181 cases of fetal malformations detected. Results The total detection rate of fetal malformations was 8 ‰, and the incidence of neurological malformations was 64, with a detection rate of 2.8 ‰. Among them, 56 were minority, 8 were Han, 25 were respiratory and circulatory abnormalities, and the detection rate was 1.1 ‰. Malformation in 11 cases, the detection rate was 0.48 ‰. Urological malformation in 15 cases, the detection rate was 0.67 ‰ 10 cases of skeletal system deformity, the detection rate was 0.44 ‰, twins deformity in 8 cases, the detection rate was 0.35 ‰ other malformations in 48 cases, the detection rate was 2.1 ‰, all All cases were confirmed by normal childbirth or post-abortion autopsy. Conclusion Most congenital fetal abnormalities show morphological changes, which can be detected by ultrasonography. Ultrasound is the preferred method of prenatal examination of fetal malformations.
