提出了一种流体动压润滑轴承的计算模型采用以侧隙为准的雷诺数来表征整个流场的紊流影响效应.这种模型区别于曾被普遍采用的局部效应假设,具有理论上的完备性.还分析了影响动力特性计算精度的几个主要因素.指出在紊流状态下,动特性系数的迭代是正确计算轴承稳定极限转速值的关键.文中给出了在全尺寸滑动轴承试验台上的几个实例,以验证所提出的力学模型和计算方法的实际效果.
A computational model of hydrodynamic lubrication bearing is proposed. Reynolds number based on backlash is used to characterize the turbulence effect of the whole flow field. This model is different from the commonly used local effect hypothesis, with theoretical completeness. The main factors affecting the calculation accuracy of dynamic characteristics are also analyzed. It is pointed out that in the condition of turbulent flow, the iteration of the dynamic characteristic coefficient is the key to correctly calculate the steady speed limit value of bearing. In this paper, several examples on a full-scale sliding bearing test bench are given to verify the actual effect of the proposed mechanical model and calculation method.
