中小企业在我国国民经济发展中起了非常重要的作用,本文通过探讨财务管理的含义以及对当前中小企业财务管理方面存在的问题,指出在当前新经济时代,中小企业必须加强财务管理的创新,进而提出中小企业财务管理的创新应当结合自身经营状况,采取渐进式的创新,主要包括日常经营管理活动的创新、投资活动的创新、筹资活动的创新、信息披露的创新、财务监管活动的创新。
Small and medium-sized enterprises play a very important role in the development of national economy in our country. By discussing the meaning of financial management and the existing problems in the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper points out that in the new economic era, SMEs must strengthen the innovation of financial management, Furthermore, it is proposed that the innovation of financial management in SMEs should adopt gradual innovation in combination with its own operating conditions, including the innovation of daily management activities, the innovation of investment activities, the innovation of financing activities, the innovation of information disclosure and the innovation of financial supervision activities.
