(三)枢纽布置方案的论证根据三峡工程论证领导小组第三次(扩大)会议的要求和关于可行性论证阶段仍按明渠通航方案考虑的指示,以及论证领导小组第四次(扩大)会议确定的论证工作初选水位方案,长办于1987年9月编制了《三峡水利枢纽正常蓄水位175米枢纽布置方案论证报告》,拟定了两岸坝后厂房、三组厂房、右岸溢流厂房三类枢纽布置方案,其中永久通航建筑物均布置在左岸,且采用连续五级船闸Ⅰ线方案。三类枢纽布置方案是: 方案Ⅰ、两岸坝后厂房方案河床中部布置泄洪坝段,两侧布置坝后式厂房。左侧厂房设有14台68万千瓦机组,右侧设有12台68万千瓦机组。泄洪坝段长483米,主
