构建产业工程师体系是统筹专业技术人员职称评审及技能人才考评体系两类人才评价标准,提升产业技术人才评价的科学性、灵活性和有效性的客观需要。评价内容主要包括工作业绩、职业能力、职业道德与理论实践结合能力。评价方式主要有社会化鉴定、机构鉴定、政府鉴定及行业企业鉴定等。根据实际需要,确定不同的评定标准,可将产业工程师分为不同的等级。
The construction of industrial engineer system is to standardize the evaluation of professional titles and professional talent evaluation system of two types of personnel evaluation criteria to enhance the evaluation of industrial technology professionals scientific, flexible and effective objective needs. Evaluation content mainly includes job performance, professional ability, professional ethics and theoretical practice with ability. Evaluation methods are mainly social identification, accreditation agencies, government accreditation and industry and business identification. According to actual needs, to determine different assessment criteria, industrial engineers can be divided into different levels.
