目的研究培养家兔角膜内皮细胞 ,为实验研究提供基础。方法体外培养家兔角膜内皮细胞并做电镜鉴定。结果细胞 3d后开始从组织块边缘生出 ,1周后组织块周围长出细胞晕 ,3周后开始融合 ,传代。结论经相差倒置显微镜和电镜证实为角膜内皮细胞。  Aim  To study the culture of rabbit corneal endothelial cells, providing the basis for experimental research.  Methods 家 rabbit corneal endothelial cells cultured in vitro and electron microscopy.  Results  Cells began to emerge from the edge of the tissue after 3 days. After 1 week, the cells became faint around the tissue and began to fuse 3 weeks later.  Conclusion  inverted phase contrast microscope and electron microscopy confirmed corneal endothelial cells.
