我院近两年来运用“如三醋膏”为主,治疗疖肿、急性淋巴结炎、多发性毛囊炎、外伤感染等202例,疗效满意。现介绍如下:(一)药物组成“如三醋膏”是由《外科正宗》如意金黄散、三黄散与醋膏配制而成的外用复方。1.如意金黄散:大黄黄柏姜黄白芷各2500克天南星陈皮苍术厚朴甘草各1000克花粉500克,共研细末。2.三黄散:黄连黄柏黄芩各等份,共研细末。3.醋膏:即食醋煎熬沸去水而成。约10斤食醋熬成3斤醋膏。(二)配制方法如意金黄散、三黄散按4:1的比例,加入
