学校业余中长跑训练中摸索和研究的一些发展中长跑训练的方法:1、以变速度、反复跑为主要手段的训练法;2、采用越野训练法;3、加强力量、提高耐力速度训练法。并针对这些方法提出了训练原则:一是从实际出发原则;二是从科学出发原则;三是从专项实际出发原则。利用这些原则和方法训练,使中长跑成绩得以提高,为今后更好地指导训练,提供了参考。
