襄樊内燃机车厂是国家大型一档工业企业,主要从事铁路主运力——东风4内燃机车修理和生产的企业,厂属工具公司既有管理职能也有生产经营职能。在全厂去年经济效益同比普遍滑坡的情况下,工具公司200年1—9月共上交利费11.25万元,盈利13.5万元,公司党支部被厂党委命名为红旗党支部,实现了两个文明建设的持续健康发展。该公司运用市场、管理、分配这三个“支点”,更新生产经营思路、创新基础管理模式、革新收入分配机制,从而实现盈利的作法,对企业内部微观运行体制的建立和完善具有一定的借鉴意义。
