教育需要权威。位于道德教育序列顶端的超越性道德教育同样需要教师权威的影响力、公信力以及感召力,以确保教育目标的实现。在教师权威日益消解的今天,应以超越性道德教育和教师权威的内在关联性为基点,消除对教师权威的传统误判,在青少年生活构建与教师权威的对接、超越性道德教育与教师角色魅力权威的对接、超越性道德教育中教师人格魅力的发挥以及教师道德权威的重塑中,找到教师权威的时代内涵和当代价值。
Education needs authority.
