2010年7月,中国石油工程建设有限公司推行PMIS(项目管理信息系统)系统,建立了一套符合EPC总承包业务特点和管理模式的多项目全过程管理的信息收集、储存、分析、共享平台。在采购管理方面,实现了从需求计划、采购订单、运输清关、库存管理到最终材料核销业务的线上管理业务链。但随着公司海外业务扩展的增长,如何快速高效地实现物资响应成为工程执行及项目管理核心问题之一。针对公司生产物资管理上的精细化要求,乌兹别克斯坦子公司以PMIS系统为基础,通过采用GPS定位技术及条形码识别技术,构建了一个高效、精准的物资物流仓储管理平台。本文以移动应用系统的开发理论为依据,对PMIS系统与条码物流仓储管理系统融合性研究背景、目标意义、需求分析、系统设计等进行了深入的分析研究,为乌兹别克斯坦子公司信息化建设和物联网应用进行了有益的探索和尝试。
In July 2010, China National Petroleum Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. implemented the PMIS (Project Management Information System) system and established a set of information collection, storage, analysis and sharing platform for multi-project whole process management in line with EPC general contracting business characteristics and management mode . In the aspect of purchasing management, the online management business chain from demand planning, purchase order, transportation clearance, inventory management to final material verification business has been realized. However, as the overseas business of the company expands, how to realize the material response quickly and efficiently has become one of the core issues in project execution and project management. Aiming at the meticulous requirements of materials management in the company, Uzbekistan’s subsidiary builds an efficient and accurate material warehouse management platform based on the PMIS system by using GPS positioning technology and bar code recognition technology. Based on the development theory of mobile application system, this paper analyzes the research background, target meaning, requirement analysis and system design of PMIS system and barcode logistics warehousing management system, and makes a deep analysis and research for the informatization construction of Uzbekistan subsidiary IoT applications have been useful to explore and try.
