9月3日,由省住房和城乡建设厅、省民政厅和省城乡规划设计研究院联合编制完成的《山东省农村新型社区和新农村发展规划(2014—2030年)》在省政府网站公布,向社会公开征求意见。《规划》公示稿提出,预计2030年全省建设约7000个农村新型社区,保留3万个村庄。2030年农村常住人口减少1/3城镇化过程中,农村人口不断减少、大量村庄规模不断缩小,人口重新聚居、村庄合并是必然趋势。2000~2013年,我省农村户籍人口从6880万人减至5482
